Disability Employment Support Programme 2026/2027

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (ABC) is Northern Ireland's largest local authority outside Belfast, serving over 217,000 residents across a strong, diverse economy with 9,255 registered businesses. The Council is launching a Labour Market Partnership Disability Employment Programme for 2026/2027 to support disabled individuals in accessing employment opportunities and help businesses build an inclusive workforce. The programme aims to address employment barriers, increase skills training, and promote economic growth through inclusive employment practices. ABC Council seeks partners and suppliers to deliver integrated employment support services, skills development, and workplace inclusion initiatives that enable disabled people to access quality jobs and help local employers create accessible, supportive work environments.
