24/7 Managed Security Operations Centre and Incident Response Services

UKNNL is seeking a Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Incident Response service provider to strengthen its cyber security capabilities and protect its IT infrastructure, digital assets, and sensitive information. The successful supplier will manage a comprehensive SOC delivering continuous 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, digital forensic investigation, threat intelligence, and SOC management. The service must identify, analyse, contain, and escalate cybersecurity threats and incidents across the network, while supporting the Authority's staff, processes, and technology to enhance overall security posture. The provider should help UKNNL continuously improve its security operations and incident response maturity. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in cyber threat monitoring, incident handling, forensic analysis, and security operations management.
