Incident Handler - Partner Resource

This opportunity seeks a skilled Incident Handler to manage and coordinate security and operational incident response activities. Key responsibilities include: organizing and facilitating incident response bridge calls to ensure effective communication between technical and business teams; managing the complete incident lifecycle following NIST best practices and industry standards; documenting and reporting incident details to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership; designing, developing, and maintaining incident management processes, procedures, and playbooks to enhance organizational response capabilities; utilizing ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing and tracking systems for incident documentation and reporting; and supporting post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with incident management frameworks, and the ability to coordinate complex cross-functional activities during high-pressure situations. This role is essential to strengthening the organization's overall security posture and incident response maturity.
