Adoption Support Services Framework

Adoption Counts is establishing an open framework of approved therapeutic service providers through STAR Procurement. This opportunity invites qualified providers to deliver a range of therapeutic services and family assessments to support adoptive families, individuals, and children. Services may be funded through The Adoption Support Fund or other funding sources. Providers should be capable of delivering direct therapeutic interventions, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate therapeutic approaches. This framework aims to create a network of vetted providers to meet the diverse support needs of adoptive families across the region.
