Home Office/Garden Room Construction - Glasgow Property - FY2026/27

Amey North Region is seeking expressions of interest from qualified subcontractors to deliver a fully winterised home office or garden room for one property in Glasgow. The scope includes provision of a paved access/patio area, electrical services with trenching/ducting, electric heating and power points, stepped access, and external finishing that complements the main house. The structure must meet statutory minimum size requirements for a single-person office, incorporate reasonable glazing, and comply with permitted development criteria. Successful bidders must be willing to act as main contractor, hold Constructionline GOLD membership in relevant work categories, be capable of BIM Level 2 working where applicable, comply with DefStan 05-138, and commit to delivering social value. Desirable qualifications include corporate social responsibility policies and business continuity plans. All applicants must pass PQQ assessment, sign Amey Terms and Conditions, and meet MoD security requirements. Procurement documentation will be provided via Curtis Fitch e-tender portal.
