    Brief

    This project involves the complete repair and resurfacing of a car park and access road. Work includes removal of existing tarmac, excavation to 450mm depth, and installation of new drainage systems (ACO drains with soakaway crates and overflow connections). The site will be prepared with compacted Type 1 sub-base, new kerbs and edgings, and finished with three-layer asphalt surfacing: AC32 base course (100mm), AC20 binder course (60mm), and SMA10 surface course (30mm). All excavated material will be removed to licensed waste facilities. The drainage design includes new soakaway infrastructure beneath the car park and connections to the existing drainage network to support future requirements.
