Defence Forces Training Centre Development Masterplan - Design Consultancy Services

The Defence Forces seek design consultancy services to develop a comprehensive masterplan for future infrastructure development at the Defence Forces Training Centre (DFTC) located at The Curragh, Co. Kildare, including the Training Installation Staff Coolmoney (TISC) and Glen of Imaal facilities. The consultant will examine current and future infrastructure requirements aligned with the Commission on the Defence Forces Report (Level of Ambition 2) and the Updated Detailed Implementation Plan (February 2026). The scope includes evaluating the Built Infrastructure Plan and identifying development needs across short-term (0-5 years), medium-term (5-10 years), and long-term (10-20 years) horizons.
