Early Years Educational Psychologist Services

This opportunity involves providing educational psychology services to support early identification and assessment of additional needs in young children. The successful provider will work collaboratively with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) advisory teachers to assess children's strengths, needs, and support requirements within early years educational settings. Key responsibilities include conducting observations, consulting with parents and educational professionals, and producing written assessment reports with recommendations. This service aims to identify children requiring additional support before they reach statutory assessment processes (Education, Health and Care Plans), enabling earlier intervention and more targeted support planning.
