Catering Services Contract - Dartford Grammar School for Boys

Dartford Grammar School, founded in 1576 and rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking an experienced catering contractor to provide comprehensive food services for approximately 1,544 students and 164 staff members. This is a three-year Guaranteed Performance Contract running from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029, operating across 187-190 school days annually. The successful contractor will manage all catering operations including breakfast, lunch, hospitality, and free meal provision. The School values innovation and welcomes contractors who can introduce exciting new food concepts, accommodate diverse dietary requirements, and review existing services with recommendations for improvement. The contract operates on a guaranteed cost basis with the School retaining cash tariff sovereignty. Free school meals and hospitality will be charged at net food cost.
