Design and Build Services for Learn to Ride Cycle Area in Bunclody, Co. Wexford

This opportunity seeks a contractor to design and construct a new "Learn to Ride" Cycle Area at Carrigduff, Bunclody, County Wexford, Ireland. The successful bidder will be responsible for: providing detailed design and layout drawings including perspective views and revised designs based on design-specific risk assessment; submitting an itemized pricing document showing the cost of each project element; fulfilling the roles of Principal Safety and Design Professional (PSDP) and Principal Safety and Coordination Supervisor (PSCS); and ensuring the design complies with all Works Requirements, planning permissions, and safety standards. The proposed design will undergo review and approval by the client before construction commences.
