Brief

Carlow County Council is seeking qualified civil engineering consultancy service providers to establish a 4-year Regional Framework (2026-2032) for engineer-led integrated design teams to deliver new build housing projects. This framework will serve seven local authorities: Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Tipperary, Wexford, Kildare, and Wicklow County Councils. Selected providers will support both Design and Build and Traditional Service delivery models, including all associated site services and site works. This is a significant opportunity for firms with experience in large-scale housing projects and multi-party procurement frameworks. Minimum project value: €5,000,000.
