    Brief

    The Department for Business and Trade is seeking a contractor to design, recruit participants for, and manage the Business Perceptions Survey (BPS) 2026. This twelfth wave of the ongoing survey (first conducted in 2007) will gather businesses' views on government regulation and its impact on their operations. The survey findings will inform government policy decisions aimed at reducing regulatory burden on businesses.
