Community Transport Services Contract - Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

This contract provides Community Transport services to support older residents in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to access essential community activities, shopping, day opportunities and social participation. Key Service Components: • Group minibus transport including scheduled community routes and ad-hoc bookings for eligible groups • Individual transport through the Community Car Scheme, delivered by a volunteer driver network • Shopper Service providing scheduled transport to local supermarkets and key retail locations • Subsidised transport for named Westminster groups (WCC contract only), delivered in line with current service policy Supplier Requirements: • Provide and maintain an appropriate fleet of minibuses and volunteer vehicles • Ensure all vehicles meet safety, accessibility, insurance and licensing requirements • Deliver reliable services according to agreed timetables • Manage volunteer coordination and driver scheduling • Maintain comprehensive reporting, record-keeping and performance monitoring • Meet all KPIs outlined in the contract • Provide all necessary staffing and administrative support Contract Value: £127,237 annually, with optional monthly extensions available up to a total possible value of £169,648.
