Integrated Consultant Team for St Columban's Primary School New Build Project in Kilkeel

This opportunity invites qualified consultant teams to provide integrated design and project management services for a new primary school construction project. The successful team will develop the Employer's Brief and complete RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design specifications. Key responsibilities include procuring and managing the contracting team, overseeing construction delivery, and providing ongoing project management through RIBA Stages 5-7. The consultant team must have expertise in educational facility design, construction procurement, and project delivery using the RIBA 2020 Plan of Work framework. This is a full-cycle engagement from design development through construction completion and handover.
