Youth Engagement and Support Service for Education, Employment and Training

This opportunity invites service providers to commission and deliver a comprehensive engagement program targeting young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). The service should provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to help young people make informed decisions about their futures. Service providers must identify and support individuals facing barriers to engagement, such as lack of qualifications, personal circumstances, or social disadvantage, that prevent them from accessing positive post-16 provisions including further education, apprenticeships, or employment. The service should be designed to motivate, guide, and enable young people to transition into sustainable education, training, or employment pathways.
