HSE Dublin & South East - Employer's Representative Services Framework Agreement for Major Capital Works (2025)

This is a regional framework agreement for Employer's Representative Services for the HSE Dublin and South East region, covering major capital works projects valued between €50 million and €400 million (excluding VAT). The framework applies to the HSE Dublin and South-East health region, which provides health and social care services across South-East Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford, and most areas of Wicklow. This is a multi-party framework agreement and excludes St Vincent's University Hospital and St Michael's Hospital. Eligible service providers will be responsible for representing the employer's interests throughout the design and capital works process for large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects.
