This opportunity invites qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive mast management services for 2026. The scope includes: managing mast assets, leases, and agreements; negotiating and establishing new agreements with operators; performing routine maintenance and condition assessments; conducting regular site inspections; controlling and monitoring site access; preparing reports on operational status and performance; representing the client in internal meetings, public consultations, and stakeholder engagements; and handling financial administration including billing operators for services rendered. Ideal candidates will have experience in telecommunications or broadcast infrastructure management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain detailed records and communication with multiple stakeholders.
