Recruitment Services for Chief Economist Position

Ofgem is seeking a recruitment supplier to manage a comprehensive recruitment campaign for a Chief Economist role. The supplier will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process, including: designing and delivering candidate information packs; creating and executing an attraction campaign to generate applicant interest; managing applications and candidate inquiries throughout the advertising period; supporting candidate open events; preparing longlist and shortlist documentation; conducting initial shortlist interviews; organizing and delivering all assessments and staff engagement exercises as needed; managing the interview process through to conclusion; and handling the offer process and associated administration. This is a full-service recruitment mandate requiring expertise in senior-level hiring, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination with Ofgem's internal team.
