Healthy Neighbourhoods This is a mental health service opportunity for adults living with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) in Rotherham. The successful provider will deliver community-based support as part of the Healthy Neighbourhoods approach, working within multidisciplinary teams across four neighbourhood areas (North, East, South, and West Rotherham). Key service requirements: - Help adults with SMI access timely support close to their homes - Support people to stay well and improve physical and mental wellbeing - Reduce health inequalities and barriers to care - Work collaboratively within neighbourhood teams during the 2026/27 shadow implementation period - Maintain flexibility to respond to local priorities and emerging needs - Accept direct referrals for SMI Living Well Service users and coordinate with Primary Care Integrated Mental Health Hubs for those requiring wider mental health assessment or treatment Contract details: - Duration: 2 years with option to extend for 1 further year (3 years total) - Annual budget: Maximum £331,500 - Start date: 2026/27 This is an opportunity to shape integrated neighbourhood-based mental health delivery in Rotherham.
