Water Rescue Vehicle - Custom 4x4 Coach Build

The Authority requires a second-hand 4x4 vehicle with a specialized coach build to serve as a Water Rescue Vehicle. Due to the unique and demanding specifications, this is a single-supplier opportunity with CoTrim, who has been selected as the most advantageous option based on price and capability to meet requirements. The coach build includes specialized features: bulkhead, crew and cargo lining, internal and emergency lighting, CCTV system, and power supply installation. Standard van additions include side access doors, crew seating with covers, roof vent, rear step, and towbar. The vehicle will be painted red to align with Fire Rescue vehicle standards. This procurement is necessary because the vehicle modifications are proprietary to CoTrim, the current owner, and the specific operational requirements of the Water Rescue service cannot be met by any other supplier. The long lead time and specialized nature of the build make this vehicle unavailable elsewhere.
