    Brief

Middlesbrough House, the only town centre building still using the legacy Co-tag door access system, requires a full system replacement. The current system is obsolete with unavailable parts, ongoing maintenance issues, and unsupported software no longer updated by the manufacturer since 2021. Additionally, replacement fobs are prohibitively expensive. This is a point-for-point replacement contract to modernize access control infrastructure with a current, maintainable system. Suppliers should be prepared to provide installation, configuration, and transition support from the existing Co-tag system to ensure minimal operational disruption.
