Support Services Framework for Young People Aged 16+

This open framework enables qualified providers to offer accommodation and support services to young people aged 16 and above through two delivery options: Lot 1 focuses on providing individual arrangements and block support across various settings including staffed homes (both regulated and unregulated) and community-based support; Lot 2 emphasizes co-design and innovation in these same settings. The 'My Future, My Way' service is designed to support young people in diverse environments, including staffed accommodation where support workers may be present on-site, as well as community-based support that extends beyond the home. As young people progress, they gain access to community hubs for assistance and opportunities to build independence in their own accommodation through models such as Housing First. All services must be designed and delivered with a person-centered approach that recognizes each young person's holistic needs, places their voice and aspirations at the center of planning, and respects their lived experience.
