Housing Support and Emergency Accommodation for Young People in Cumberland

Cumberland Council is seeking a provider to deliver housing support linked to short-term accommodation with emergency provision for young people across Cumberland. The initial contract term runs until 31st March 2027 with a contract value of £336,552 excluding VAT. An optional 12-month extension is available, which if implemented would extend the contract to 31st March 2028. The total potential contract value including the initial term, optional extension, and possible uplifts is £689,931.60 excluding VAT (this is indicative only, as extensions and uplifts are not guaranteed). This figure includes estimated void payments which significantly inflate the total value. Any extensions or uplifts will be confirmed with the successful supplier in advance.
