Integrated Design Team for New Domestic Violence Refuge in Navan, Ireland

Meath Women's Aid Housing Association CLG seeks an Integrated Design Team to deliver comprehensive design and project management services for a new domestic violence refuge at Tailteann Drive, Navan, County Meath, Ireland. The team will comprise: Project Manager, Architect with Landscape Design Services, Employers Representative, Project Supervisor Design Process, Fire Safety Engineer, Design and Assigned Certifiers (DAC), Civil and Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer, and Quantity Surveyor. This is an opportunity for qualified architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection service providers to contribute to a specialized facility supporting vulnerable women and families. The successful bidder(s) will lead the design phase from inception through to construction readiness.
