Plain X-Ray Imaging Data Collection System - Pilot Discovery and Design Phase

This is a direct award contract to establish a pilot programme for collecting and storing plain x-ray imaging data. The project will be delivered by NEC, an established international provider already working through the NJR lot 1 contract. The pilot aims to identify technical solutions for a complex imaging environment. The discovery phase will include an options appraisal of different approaches before the pilot implementation begins. Findings from this pilot will shape the national rollout strategy under the new NJR contract. The contract deliverables include: a discovery and design report; pilot architecture and integration design documentation; operational service model and support playbooks; onboarding and site enablement guidance; information governance and security documentation; and a pilot evaluation report with national rollout plan. Contract Value: £40,600 excluding VAT (£48,720 inclusive of VAT)
