Supported Housing and Assistance for Single Adults and Homeless People

This opportunity comprises three lots providing temporary accommodation and support services for vulnerable single adults in Sheffield: Lot 1: Supported housing for single men experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, or at risk of repeat homelessness. Services include a mix of dispersed and scheme-based accommodation with trauma-informed, strengths-based support aimed at promoting stability, independence, and successful transition to permanent housing. Lot 2: Supported housing for single people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or rough sleeping, whose needs are not adequately met by existing provisions. The service offers safe, dispersed, single-occupancy accommodation with flexible, trauma-informed, and inclusive support to build independence and facilitate move-on to settled housing. Lot 3: Safe accommodation and flexible housing-related support for people experiencing repeated homelessness and severe multiple disadvantage with high support needs. This service prioritises stabilisation, sustaining accommodation, connecting people to wider support services, building independence, and enabling transition to permanent settled housing. All lots form part of Sheffield's homelessness pathway strategy and emphasise person-centred, evidence-based support to reduce dependency on larger hostel-based accommodation.
