Shopfront Remedial and Completion Works in Paddington and Bayswater

The Council is seeking a contractor to complete remedial and completion works on six shopfronts in the Paddington and Bayswater areas. These works were initiated as part of an economic improvement initiative to enhance the local area and attract customers. The original main contractor appointed in late 2025 entered administration in April 2025, leaving works incomplete at six sites. Urgent remedial works are required to ensure public safety and protect the interests of shop owners, followed by completion of the improvement works. The successful contractor will be responsible for making good all six shopfront sites and delivering high-quality finishes to enhance the local streetscape and support local economic recovery.
