Multi-Supplier Framework for Copier and Production Paper Supply

The North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is establishing a 48-month framework to supply Volume Cut Sized Copier Paper and Production Specialist Paper to public sector organisations across the UK. This is a multi-supplier agreement that will serve NEPO Member Authorities, Associate Members, and eligible Contracting Authorities throughout all UK administrative regions. NEPO is a Centralised Procurement Authority operating under the Procurement Act 2023, providing central purchasing services on behalf of public bodies. The framework will cover supply and distribution of paper products to various public sector establishments. Suppliers should note that organisations wishing to access this agreement must register as NEPO Associate Members. Eligible users include current and future NEPO members and permissible users as defined in the procurement documents.
