Retrofit Works Services and Consultancy - 4-Year Contract Opportunity

This procurement invites organisations to provide retrofit works and consultancy services for a minimum of 4 years. The contract is divided into three separate lots to ensure independence and effective oversight: Lot 1 covers Consultancy Services and Principal Designer functions; Lot 2 covers Renewable Technologies; and Lot 3 covers Fabric Works. Importantly, any organisation bidding for Lot 2 and/or Lot 3 cannot simultaneously bid for Lot 1, as the contracting authority requires the consultancy and design functions to remain fully independent from works delivery. Suppliers may bid for multiple lots provided this independence requirement is respected. All work must comply with the requirements specified in the General Specification document.
