Welsh Waste Management and Skip Hire Framework - Supplier Registration

Barcud Shared Services (BSS) is establishing a Waste Management and Skip Hire Framework to provide Welsh housing associations, local authorities, and other public sector organisations with access to compliant, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste services across Wales. The framework creates a network of qualified suppliers delivering a full range of waste management solutions, including skip hire, waste collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal services. Suppliers can join on an open basis throughout the framework's duration. To qualify, suppliers must demonstrate: valid Waste Carrier Registration, compliance with relevant environmental legislation and permitting requirements, Health & Safety competence, proven capability to deliver reliable services within Wales local to member organisations, and commitment to responsible waste management and recycling practices. This framework covers all 22 Welsh local authority areas including Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, and rural regions such as Ceredigion and Powys.
