The Royal Parks (TRP) is awarding a new Framework contract for Project Support Services (2026-2030) to support its Estates & Projects Directorate. The framework is divided into two lots: (1) Architectural, Lead Design, Principal Designer, and BREEAM services, and (2) Quantity Surveyor services. This follows a retendering exercise after a previous procurement did not result in awards for these lots. TRP manages over 5,000 acres of historic parkland across eight major London parks, including iconic green spaces that require diverse expertise. Appointed suppliers will deliver a wide range of construction-related projects across the estate, including new build, refurbishment, regeneration, conservation, maintenance, plant replacement, and demolition work on both historic and modern assets. Key Information for Suppliers: - Framework duration: 2026-2030 - Scope: Projects across all eight Royal Parks (non-mandatory use) - TRP reserves the right to run separate competitions for specific or highly bespoke projects - This framework complements an existing framework covering other disciplines - Ideal for firms with experience in heritage conservation, modern construction, and complex estate management The successful suppliers will play a crucial role in protecting and enhancing London's historic parkland while preserving heritage sites and maintaining accessible green spaces for public enjoyment.
