West Midlands Employers is conducting preliminary market engagement to explore potential suppliers for a white-label jobs board platform. WMJobs is an established public sector job board serving local authorities, education providers, emergency services, charities, and not-for-profit organisations across the West Midlands and beyond. The platform currently supports approximately 3,600 recruiting organisations, publishes around 21,000 job advertisements annually, attracts over 334,000 monthly unique visitors, and has more than 632,000 registered job seeker accounts. West Midlands Employers is seeking early input from suppliers to help refine its requirements and understand available delivery models. Interested organisations should provide information on their supplier capability and relevant experience, potential delivery approaches, market readiness, and future development considerations. This is a preliminary market engagement exercise only and does not constitute a formal invitation to tender or a commitment to proceed. Participation will not provide any advantage in future procurement processes, and non-participation will not prevent suppliers from bidding if a procurement is launched. The engagement will be managed in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
