Private Healthcare Scheme Administration for Network Rail Management Employees

Network Rail is seeking an experienced healthcare scheme administrator to manage its private medical healthcare benefit for approximately 13,900 management grade employees (Bands 1-4) and controller grades across Great Britain. The successful supplier will administer the scheme through a Healthcare Trust Deed with a specific stop loss agreement at appropriate levels. The scheme must offer flexible coverage options (Single, Married, Single Parent Family, and Family) with senior leaders receiving complimentary family cover and other employees able to add partners and dependants at additional cost. The supplier must establish clinical pathways enabling direct access to specialist treatment in areas such as cancer care, physiotherapy, osteopathy, and mental health support without requiring GP referrals. Scheme rates must be affordable across all employee demographics, and services must be scalable to accommodate business growth and fluctuations in employee utilization. Geographic coverage must extend across all Network Rail routes and regions in Great Britain.
