    Brief

Natural England is seeking a direct award contractor to deliver phases 5 and 6 of nutrient modelling work. This project will enable Natural England to validate and approve phase reports that water companies need to develop accurate hydrodynamic nutrient models. The contractor will provide technical quality assurance to ensure the final model outputs meet required standards for environmental compliance. These validated models will help Natural England and the Environment Agency identify necessary improvements to water treatment works for implementation in the next price review period (PR29), supporting sites in achieving and maintaining favourable ecological condition. The work is critical for water quality management and regulatory compliance across England's water systems.
