Building Maintenance Services Framework Agreement

Monmouthshire County Council and Gwent Police Region are establishing a multi-authority Framework Agreement for general building maintenance, electrical maintenance, and refurbishment works. The framework covers 6 specialist lots, with up to 5 ranked suppliers per lot eligible to deliver services through Direct Award and Mini-Competition call-off contracts. Each individual contract has a maximum value of £300,000 (exclusive of VAT). This collaborative procurement supports Monmouthshire County Council & Gwent Police Region, Torfaen County Borough Council, and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council. Suppliers will provide reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance services across diverse non-domestic properties including offices, schools, public buildings, community facilities, depots, and specialist estates. The framework creates a stable procurement vehicle enabling councils to access pre-qualified maintenance providers efficiently over the agreement period.
