    Brief

Research Inclusion is seeking an organization to provide annual reporting services for NIHR Infrastructure awards over a 5-year period, commencing summer 2026. The successful supplier will conduct comprehensive reviews of annual reporting submissions and narrative reports from NIHR Research Inclusion programme awardees, ensuring compliance with NIHR Infrastructure reporting requirements within tight deadlines. The volume of reviews will fluctuate, increasing as new Infrastructure awards are granted and declining from 2027 onwards as earlier awards conclude. This outsourced approach enables timely delivery of reporting obligations while mitigating delivery risks to the Research Inclusion programme. The supplier must demonstrate capacity to manage variable workloads and expertise in research infrastructure reporting and compliance.
