Full Roof Replacement Project - Cowleaze Block

GreenSquareAccord is seeking contractors to undertake a complete roof replacement on the Cowleaze Block to make the building watertight and eliminate the need for ongoing temporary repairs. The project scope includes full roof replacement across the entire block. Contract award is scheduled for 18 January 2027.
