Public Sector Digital Transformation and Enterprise Services Framework

This framework agreement provides a compliant and flexible route to market for eligible UK public sector organisations to procure digital transformation, operational modernisation, and strategic reform services. The framework supports both targeted interventions and comprehensive end-to-end delivery models across core service areas. Eligible customers include ministerial and non-ministerial government departments, executive agencies, NDPBs, ASPBs, police forces, fire and rescue services, ambulance services, NHS bodies, educational institutions, hospices, national parks, housing associations, third sector organisations, charities, and councils throughout the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories, and Crown Dependencies. Suppliers should note that contracting authorities may supply framework services to majority public sector-owned companies for resale to public, private, and third sector organisations. The maximum fee charged to suppliers is capped at 0.75%.
