    Brief

This Request for Information (RFI) invites experienced service providers, charitable organisations, and stakeholders to share insights on support services for victims of road traffic collisions (RTCs). This is a scoping exercise to understand the market and inform future commissioning decisions—it is not a formal tender process. Road traffic collisions cause significant harm including physical injuries, psychological trauma, and legal or financial difficulties for victims, survivors, and bereaved families. The Authority aims to design an integrated support pathway that delivers timely, compassionate, and expert help to those affected. This procurement is in development stages. Commissioners are gauging interest and gathering information on existing capacity, best practices, innovation, and pricing. No formal Expression of Interest or Tender process is currently open, and clarification questions will not be answered at this stage. Interested parties should contact stewart.atkinson@humberside.police.uk for the full RFI document and additional details.
