Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation Services - Bolton Tenanted Properties

This is a procurement opportunity for kitchen and bathroom renewal works across multiple tenanted properties in Bolton. The contract is available through the Fusion21 Building Improvements Framework. The initial contract period runs from May 2026 to 31st March 2027 (Year 1), with an optional extension from 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2028 (Year 2). Some properties will require replacement kitchens and/or bathrooms, and several properties will also need complete electrical rewiring as part of the works. Suppliers should be experienced in residential renovation projects and capable of managing multiple properties across the Bolton area.
