    Brief

The DS3 Project is a transformative cross-border initiative seeking research and development services and related consultancy to support digital inclusion and innovation in rural communities across the Central Border Region of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Funded by PEACEPLUS—a cross-border funding programme supported by the European Union, the UK Government, the Irish Government, and the Northern Ireland administration—this opportunity invites external service providers to contribute expertise in digital transformation. The project builds upon previous PEACE and INTERREG Programmes and represents the EU's commitment to supporting peace and economic development across the region. The Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) launched PEACEPLUS in October 2023, and this initiative seeks qualified suppliers to deliver research, development services, and consultancy support to advance digital inclusion in underserved rural areas.
