Funded Early Learning and Childcare Places - Provider Framework Agreement

Scottish Borders Council is seeking bid submissions from qualified and experienced early learning and childcare providers to join its framework agreement for Funded Early Learning and Childcare Places (reference: SBC/CPS/1815). This framework reopens in May 2026 and aims to supplement the council's existing provider network. Successful providers will deliver funded early learning and childcare services to eligible children in the Scottish Borders area.
