    Brief

Powys County Council is reopening its approved provider framework to invite additional suppliers to deliver support services for babies, children, young people, and families across the county. This framework covers Lot 3, which encompasses any additional support provision not covered by other lots, including: sessional support staff, support workers, community projects, and residential workers. The Council seeks qualified and experienced providers to deliver a wide range of services tailored to the needs of children and families. This is a light touch contract procured under Section 15 of the Procurement Act 2023 and governed by the Procurement (Wales) Regulations 2024. The framework agreement provides flexibility while maintaining transparency and equal treatment of all providers. Providers may specialize in one or more service areas; a comprehensive list of services is not required.
