    Brief

    Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) is seeking two contractors to deliver comprehensive energy retrofit works to 44 properties across Carshalton and Clockhouse. SHP manages approximately 6,000 properties for London Borough of Sutton and has committed to achieving a minimum Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of C across its entire portfolio by 2030. The retrofit programme will improve properties with lower EPC ratings (primarily D-band and below) that are difficult to heat and maintain. Each selected contractor will be responsible for delivering retrofit works to 22 properties. Scope of Works: • External wall insulation • Double glazing (including front and rear doors) • Loft insulation installation • Passive house ventilation systems Key Requirements: • All work must comply with the PAS2035 retrofit process • All installers must hold PAS2030/TrustMark certification for all measures • Final property addresses will be provided upon contract award • Two contracts will be awarded to the two highest-scoring suppliers This is a government-funded project aimed at reducing fuel poverty, improving thermal comfort for residents, and achieving climate emergency commitments.
