Supervised Toothbrushing Programme for Early Years Settings in Norfolk

This is a competitive procurement under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 to deliver the national Supervised Toothbrushing Programme across Norfolk in selected early years settings serving 3-5 year old children identified through Public Health deprivation data. The successful provider will be responsible for: coordinating the programme across participating settings; engaging with early years providers; delivering staff training; collecting and reporting data; and ensuring quality assurance. The contract may be transferred to successor authorities or joint bodies if Norfolk's local government structure changes through potential unitary council creation or the establishment of a Mayoral Strategic Authority for Norfolk and Suffolk. Other local authorities within Norfolk's current geographical boundaries may also order services through this contract.
