Repairs and Maintenance Services for Housing Properties

Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance services across its property portfolio in the North West and Midlands regions. Services include reactive repairs, void property refurbishment, complex disrepair work, major works, and complete replacement services. Emergency call-out response within four hours is mandatory for designated lots. The contract is divided into seven trade-based lots (Multi-trade, Damp Works, Electrical, Clean/Clear/Gardens, Drainage, Scaffolding, and Roofing) and two geographic regions (North covering Greater Manchester, Lancashire, South Cumbria and northern Merseyside; South covering South and East Greater Manchester, Cheshire, South Yorkshire, North Staffordshire and Derbyshire). An optional combined lot is available for suppliers bidding across both regions. Contractors should be prepared for flexible working across regions to support capacity management and on-time delivery. There is no guaranteed volume or exclusivity.
