Waterways Ireland Marketing Freelance Services Framework Agreement

Waterways Ireland is establishing a multi-party framework agreement to procure marketing freelance resources for two contract roles: Communications Specialist and Insights Specialist. The selected service providers will support the Marketing and Development function on a project basis. Key responsibilities include: (i) implementing a Marketing Strategy to increase participation in waterway activities and enhance brand awareness and reputation; and (ii) developing a Corporate Affairs Strategy to support the organization's reputation management and stakeholder engagement objectives. This is an initial contract covering two roles, with potential for expansion through the framework agreement. All tender submissions must be submitted as zip files.
