Contact and Pipeline Management Software for UK Investment Business

The British Business Bank seeks a contact and pipeline management solution to support its investments business, which manages government-backed capital deployed through fund of funds and direct/co-investment programmes. The system will serve approximately 115 front-office staff and up to 40 wider users who need access to investment contact and pipeline data. The British Business Bank's mission is to improve access to finance for UK small businesses by attracting private-sector investment into underserved markets, including early-stage, high-growth, and regionally distributed companies. This includes the recently established British Growth Partnership, which focuses on securing long-term institutional capital from UK Pension Funds into high-growth UK firms. The successful solution must provide robust contact management, pipeline tracking, and reporting capabilities to support the bank's role in addressing structural funding gaps in the SME finance ecosystem.
