Video Conferencing System Supply and Installation for Metropolitan Police Service

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is seeking a single supplier to deliver a comprehensive video conferencing solution for the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The selected supplier will supply, install, configure, commission, and provide ongoing support for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems across the entire MPS estate, replacing existing legacy video conferencing equipment. Key Requirements: - End-to-end service delivery including site surveys, system design, installation, and integration with existing MPS infrastructure - Support for meeting rooms of all sizes (small, medium, large, and complex environments) - Centralised device management and native Microsoft Teams functionality - User training and technical support services - Environmentally compliant decommissioning of legacy systems - Compliance with MPS security, operational, and performance standards - Central monitoring and ongoing system maintenance Delivery and Timeline: - Initial pilot phase to validate the solution - Full estate rollout across approximately 120+ locations - Five-year contract term with extension options The supplier will be responsible for delivering a consistent, secure, and reliable hybrid meeting experience that meets the operational needs of the Metropolitan Police Service.
