Project Manager and Contract Administrator for Old Ford Development

The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) seeks an experienced consultant to provide comprehensive Project Management, Contract Administration, and Principal Designer services for the Old Ford project. The consultant will oversee procurement, design, delivery, and project completion through RIBA Stages 4–7 (detailed design through to completion). Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations, adherence to LLDC governance processes, and implementation of industry best practice standards. This role requires expertise in construction project management, contract administration, and design coordination to successfully deliver this development project from detailed design through to practical completion and handover.
